Hello, I would like to
ask you to create a soldier model from the movie Starship Troopers
Traitor of Mars only that I have some questions first.
1. Will it not infringe on copyright and if so, can I get any permission or something like that?
2. How much would it cost such a model or what price to propose?
3. Can I then put this model on a different website as a mod to play for example on nexusmods.com?

If you want the model only for personal use, then you should be safe without any permissions, otherwise it would clear infrigement to release it as a game mod, commercial or not, it doesn't matter. I think it should be possible to aquire permission, even if movie itself is very old, but it probably would cost much more than you think :]
