Why would you ever agree to commissioned job on conditions like that? I mean, if you'd arrange everything through CGT freelance system, you'd get paid 95% instead of 70-80%, client would prepaid money even before you start to work, so you'd be sure to get paid and it would be much harder for him to to get refund on false reason. You are much more protected when you're working through freelance system and you earn more, what's the logic to dismiss that?!

at the first you should put your mouse on the question mark above the refunded word in your sales page to know the reason beyond this refund.
after that, go to the page of your last downloads and check if he already downloaded files or not, because if he had downloaded the files he can't refund his money from Cg, but if you knew that already happened you should contact Cg support and ask about this to know their answer.
