Hi everyone,

@Tonyf - Citizens Revenue Tax act states that companies stated in Lithuania must declare payouts to individuals living outside Lithuania. This act also requires that companies who do the payouts must have the ID that would allow the company to determine that the individual who receives the payment is not living in Lithuania.

@euromaxtv,
Could you check your paypal account? I see there's a bit of a delay of information being updated, due to our accountant being on holiday, so the payments should have reached you well before the 20th (around the 12th of this month) - let me know if that's not right and I'll make sure we check that again and correct the situation.

@huda-haggag-1,

I believe your account will need another look by the accountant - if all the problems were solved, the payment should reach you soon. Sorry for the delay.

eduardas, i have no problem with you declaring payouts. Agreement form asking for: First and Last name. ID and Country and Address. Specifying name and address should be enough to declare payouts to individuals living outside Lithuania. Does the Tax act in Lithuania requires PHOTOS ? I dont think so.

Hi Tony, I can understand the concerns, but this is a requirement from the government that let's us guarantee the person's identity, and we did ask the same question about the pictures long ago. Actually, it also let's us filter out some fraud users who try to provide false information for their payments. And we have done a lot of security work to ensure the information is safe, because that is definitely a priority numero uno.

And I sent all the documents, but they do not pay me any money, they transfer them to the next month.

I didn't receive my payment this month also, I contacted paypal and they told me that every thing is ok in my account there. whats is the problem in my payment agreement?

yeah. you have to take photo of your self, your passport and social security card and upload it to cg. then wait for hackers to hack cg and get your identity stolen. THEN you get paid. In other words: you agreed to have your identity stolen and you got paid for it so its a win situation in court for cg. YAY. I dont need to be a lawyer to know how that works :)

eduardas "Hi Tony, The information we require is asked so that we could comply with the policies and the laws covered by government. This information is not provided publicly and we ensure the safety of these documents."

What government requires you to store photo of my documents, North Korea ? Its absurd. Turbosquid does not require any photos why do you ?
I would give SS# for tax purposes (i understand that part) but i wont give you photo of it.
Plus i doubt your security is good enough to ensure anyone with anything.

Please advise or i quit. This place has given me more problems then payback as it is.

I also do not have payment for the models, and there is not even a message that I have provided additional documents. If the money is not transferred, I'll go to the turboskvid.

Hello Andres,

Are you sure you filled in the payment agreement correctly? I don't see it as confirmed by our admins.

Hi Eddie, On April 14th 2019, my first model Hydraulic Cylinder and I have not received any funds in my PayPal account since then. For further sales as well, I am not receiving any payments, even though there is a payout amount mentioned for each sale. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at your earliest. Please let me know if there is something required to be done from my behalf.

Right now its 20th. 00:00am.
Same thing with "To be paid until 20th of this month"
I have $160.03 on there :(

I think the issue is new payment policy identity theft requirement.
They DEMAND you to give them your passport, driver license or social security number with and attach a photograph of it and send it to them.
That way once they get hacked by Russian hackers, you get your identity stolen and they just say "we got hacked"
No way i will give them photo of any of my documents.
So i guess i wont get my money.
Stick to turbosquid. They dont demand photos of your documents.
