I didnt get paid

i am new on this platform i don't know what are the problems in here or if there are so, the thing is i didn't get anything in my paypal, the payment agreement is veified i have everything locked on and good to go, this month on 19th it says i got paid and it gives me the transaction ID, but i didn't get anything in my paypal account, should i wait more? can i contact somebody an admin or something, it's not much i'll be honest but these are the 1st money i made by my own, can somebody help?
