I Did not get paid

Hi

I had 278 $ on my account and I was waiting until 20th to get paid. But it is 22th and there is no money on my webmoney. My payment information is verified. And in payment information, it says until 20th of next month!!

Why. I always have problem with Cgtrader payment.

Please pay my money.

Hi, the things that I can think of is either the payment info was done this month and therefore getting paid next month or it's because it has been sent but it takes a couple business days(Mondays to Fridays) for the money to transfer.

Payments usually need 2-3 WORK DAYS to get through.
The 20th of this month was a Thursday and because Pentecost and Pentecost Monday are banking holidays, you can expect your money to show up on your account on the 25th or the 26th.

The way CGT displays processed payments are not very "user friendly" and adds to the confusion. They should place some sticky notes somewhere for clarification.

I have had this issue several times and they turned out to be "false alarms".

Still...the reason why they show misleading caption, knowing that payments are "delicate matters" for sellers is beyond me...

I had the same issue last week, and with the help of the support team I received payment this morning
