Hum3D no link no response

Sorry for the bother all. Just wondering if others have had issue - I bought a model made by Hum3D. They never sent a link (I’ve checked spam etc..) and my payment to them is still “pending” 24 hours later. Is this common? Emails to their “info” address have gone unanswered. Thanks and sorry if I’m in the wrong place for this...

If you have issues with payment or downloading models, you should contact cgtrader support. The seller can't help you here, as he doesn't have control over these things.

sounds like your referring to purchasing thru Hums website, as above, i would go on their page and contact support, OR you can privately message the seller here as well and hope they respond. Customer Service is Key to a good business and repeat customers in my opinion!!!!
