How would Cg trader reacts to selling famous models?

hi, i have a question.

can we model and sell the famous thing?

like bmw cars, eiffel tower, famous places, characters (like mario, sonic and etc) and things like them?

some famous architectural works, like guggenheim museum and etc? or things, like playstation 5, rolex watches and etc

can we model them and sell them here?

Thanks for reaching out.

To answer you question, there are some item you cannot publish and if you do they will immediately be taken down. Such are BMW, Lamborghini, MINI models due to a copyright claims.

Additionally, models of brands or with logos fall under the Editorial License. Please choose this option when uploading instead of the Royalty Free.

Any models of Lamborghini, BMW and MINI are not allowed. If you are not sure whether your model could potentially violate Terms & Conditions, please contact us via support@cgtrader.com and we will advise you.

I know that BMW cars would be taken off as soon as you upload it. Not too many issues with characters though. Also maybe read if you should use royalty free license or editorial license
