Is there any way to know it like they send you a notification or something? Or do we get to know it after the money gets deducted?

I would hope that they would notify you and also give you some reasoning as to why the buyer is requesting a refund. Luckily I have not run into that problem, but I have found that talking with my customers through the chat has helped eliminate the possibility of an unhappy customer and therefor reduce the chances of refunds.
