"30% for Ukraine" banner means that 30% of revenue from the sale will be donated to charity related with Ukraine. That doesn't mean that Ukrainians will have special discount on purchase.

Hmm.. that seems like a really good deal!! I suppose if you initiate the buy process your IP address will ping you are in the Ukraine and will begin asking for more info
