How did my 39$ model just earned me $7.95 ??

Got the same issue here.
Apparently the sales participation is not optional anymore.
You must be on 50% discount, unless you contact support directly.
However, on my 79$ model I got a 17$ revenue, which is less than what I got before I doubled the price to circumvent this bullshit sales reduction, and I have 79% royalty level at the moment.
Contacted them, curious to see what they say.

Usually less than 2 business days. Keep in mind that the weekend doesn't count as a business day, however, this seems to be well past that. I would send them another email.

What's the estimated reply from them usually?

I see a 40% discount which also seems a lot to me on that product.
How do I turn that off??

Usually less that 48 hours. To turn off go to My Sales and then the Discounts tab.

There was an email sent out last month saying that they "automatically" entered everyone into a discount program. You were supposed to reply to them sending them an email saying that you wanted to opt out. However, many, many artists who opted out, were automatically opted in by a "glitch" in the system, and CGTrader has apologized for that. Some artists never got the email.

Maybe there is an 80% discount offer on the product. This is the only explanation

Based on his reputation level he makes 72% of the sale, plus there is payment processing. With a 70% discount, it would come to that amount. That is why I don't participate in discounts.

The only way is support@cgtrader.com, unless you want to go to Lithuania and visit them personally.
