I sold a couple of models to the same buyer a few days ago. At first the earnings showed on my sales, and the earnings were added to my monthly earnings amount. After that, somehow my filan earnings are showing "$NaN" instead of a dollar amount. Does anybody know what happened!!??
I hadn’t noticed this before, but it’s been happening frequently on my account lately. Multiple orders totaling over $1,000 have been refunded for this exact reason. I’m really frustrated. On top of that, the chargeback fees are being charged to me, and my account balance is now around -$300.
I’ve been dealing with this all March. CGTrader told me that my models had been stolen (I can see they’ve been downloaded) and that there’s nothing they can do to help. In other words, they just take their commission and do nothing to protect the content. So it turns out I’m trading here at my own risk.
