Excluding customers from certain countries

As far as i know it's not possible (there was a similar topic here on the forum), contact support (support@cgtrader.com) maybe something have changed in the meantime.

Unfortunately, blocking sales to users from certain countries is currently impossible, unless there are specific limitations imposed on their countries.
