Well there are many problems when it comes to the downloading part and this is not the fault from the server side, this is basically the fault from either client site or may be the network issues or may be the country restriction.
Writing a mail to the support team will surely solve your problem and if not you can also....continue reading

Hi,

There can be some problems with downloading big files to some countries and if your internet connection is slower. I've heard the support team managed to fix this issue for you though - let us know if there's anything else!

Sometimes that can happen with very big files. Maybe ask the artist to send you smaller files by email.

You probably tried to download while working on the site. The site works perfectly, it has no error.
