Custom Project completed but client not responding to release payment

Hi All,
I was contacted to create 2 custom models to client specification. I havee completed the project and sent the files. However the client has not replpied or released payment and I fear the project has now expired. How do I go about getting ym payment?

If the project was prepaid and you sent final files then send mail to support@cgtrader.com (as btbt suggested) and they may release the payment to your side.
