Creating Alternative Access for Model Managment with Different Levels of Permission

Hi everyone, was wondering if there's a way to create different access levels to model management for a single account. Just as we can see on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Where one can delegate a job to an individual to upload and add description details to models without actually having full access like changing price or removing the models etc.
