Companies & their "legal teams", often seem to confuse copyright infringement with Trademark infringement. For example, many Car companies will try to stop you making models of their cars, when in fact the only thing they can really object to is you using their Trade Names ^ Logos. I had a Cessna aircraft removed because of this. OK Fair enough, but their insistence that even derivatives of that model could not be sold were completely & legally incorrect. The point: Just making something that looks like a thing, does not necessarily infringe copyright, but you aren't going to win an argument here when the ToS dictate pretty much that they have the final say on what they allow to be sold. HOWEVER. look at the huge amount of blatant copyright & TM ripoffs of Film models, such as Star Wars, ripped game characters, Manga action figures, and a thousand other things, that just get a free pass.. CGTrader clearly does not actively police this stuff in any consistant way, nor do any other 3d sites.

Legally? No, but nobody can stop you from trying.
