Converting there 3d to minecraft schematics

I had a project done a wile ago it was great as far as the 3d went but when i converted it to minecraft to make a schematic it didnt turn out so well i would be interested in hiring someone that has exeriance with converting there 3ds to minecraft or any help with it> Is there anyone out there that has this kinda exeriance ??? I would just need a Charicter done no building or landscape
