Cant sign the agreement?

Hi.

after upload my 3d model, above site give me a warning "In order to get your next royalty payment, please update required information in CGTrader" but when I click on it, give me another warning in new page "You have not signed the agreement yet". And the button is greyed out.

does someone know what is this problem?

Support is very good indeed. But do not warry - upload your model and do not be afraid - you will get your money after somebody buy them.

It isn't an instant thing. If you give it a few days you may be able to sign it off. If not, contact support, they're very good and quite quick
