Can credits still be used if I make an offer?

There's a model I'm looking at, 35 dollars, with credits it's 24. 50. I feel its worth 20 to me, so to get it to $20,does my offer need to be twenty or can it be twenty plus 30 percent (26)?

Yeah like lemonade said credits only apply when you pay the full amount listed.
