Nice looking models. I would include some wireframes so that potential buyers can see the topology. I don't know what application you used in the creation of the models, but I would also offer a native file format in whatever software package you created them in. Most buyers will always prefer to have the native file format if possible, in case they need to export to a different format that you don't offer or a different FBX version to fit their pipeline, etc.
