​Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Interesting to hear different opinions!

In overall, the revenue in CGTrader was 2.5 times higher during the Black Friday period. The number of sales were twice as high than the average count this month.

All in all, we actually beaten (and crushed) our all-time records by 250% during the Black Friday period.

I didnt make any sales, even with promoting it through social media. Its difficult to take anything from it in terms of what was popular but it was good to take part. Hopefully next time I'll have more models and therefore more chance of sales.

Care to elaborate more? For me it wasn't anything special. At one point i was thinking it will be success, when three sales came in short succession, but then in following days it was calm as usual, so no, nothing special. Would be interesting to hear from others about their experience and especially interesting to hear from officials about how well sales went for CGT during these days. I think i'll give it a chance for a couple more times and if i won't see any improvement during these mass discount sales, i might cancel my participation.

No sales for me this weekend, so actually I've been more successful at any other time. I don't have a lot to sell though. But I would be interested in some statistics too.

Wasn´t that big catch for me that weekend.

My sales went up about 30%. Which means I made about the same amount of money. Still wandering - on one hand there is promotion, on the other there is getting clients used to the fact that they can get models cheaper if they wait a bit for a good moment. I guess we need more time to see how it turns out.

I think it would be great if we split the discount cost with CGT 50/50, seems more like teamwork this way.
