Models of brands or with logos fall under the Editorial License. Please choose this option when uploading instead of the Royalty Free.

However, there are brands that you cannot upload any models to CGTrader duet to a copyright claim. Unfortunately, you cannot post or sell any BMW, MINI and Lamborghini models.
