3D Models suspensions that do not makes sense at all! Please support needs to do something ASAP.

For the past months we are being hit with model suspensions that do not makes sense. Sometimes we have to wait those 3-5 days for CGTrader to approve them, and sometimes, like these past days... 15 days have passed and there's no answer or solution.
One model suspended its just a TOY of a baby toy head over a "mechanical spider". Yeah, inspired in Toy Story. But thats IT! its not gore, its not adult content. But it gets suspended without any reason. Plus, there's NO INFO. Just general info, no specific info. Gosh!
Another model its an undead hound. Yeah, it contains some flesh or bones, but let me mark it as mature and call it a day! There's no need for CGTrader to be auto-suspending stuff they dont actually review in person.

Please, this situation its really frustrating. I've contacted support but its the same story, taking DAYS to answer and even without any solution.
