Copyright infringement. Lamborghini models cannot be sold anymore.
3d model status pending

Hi i uploaded a model https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/car/racing/lamb... couple hours ago and its status is pending from the time i uploaded it. I want to know how long does it take to get my model visible publicly and what is the reason of pending status.

Can i sell this model if I change it's name? Or any other sites where I can sell lamborghini 3d models?
As far as I know Lamborghini is forbiden from all major marketplaces because of copyright claim from Lamborghini. If you change name and remove logos model will be banned still, you need to change shape also so it doesn't look like a Lamborghini.
