People buy all kinds of stuff for games. from the environment to a stone in the environment. it depends on the buyer. just make anything that comes into your heart.

try game ready models. most people buy 3D models for games.

Я смотрю хорошо востребованы лоуполные сцены для юнити. Типа домики, техника, предметы быта в игровых сценах. Сам бы занялся, да надо завершить начатые проекты.
