I texted them, they said send the link of the models that have this problem for them so that we can forward them to support, but all my models have this problem.
@f-ctg, exactly, this is global issue affecting most if not all models. For them asking you to send links to specific models, just shows that they have no clue where the issue is and how to fix it.
