Looks like in this case NFT obviously breaks the license. But it's just proves the fact that NFT's are just a gambling bubble and in reality has no real value (as any "crypto"-asset).
I won't name a specific example but there's an NFT going around that has a model in it that's stolen from CGTrader, and the CGTrader model is stolen from SketchFab. If the NFT were to be put on auction, would that break the Royalty Free License?

If the model is "stolen" then I would imagine the answer is pretty obvious. The fact it is stolen, to begin with, automatically breaks any licensing regulations by default.
