Cgtrader sent me first mesage about the new withdraw system on January 8th . And so the question is :
How can I withdraw money earned during the period from 19.12.2023 - 08.01.2024 ?
Why did you remove Payoneer without paying many 3D artists including me ?
How are you going to pay money to artists who do not have Hyperwallet operating in their country?
In my opinion this is a violation of our rights .
I have raised the prices of the models 100 times, making them unavailable for sale and am waiting for a solution to the issue from Cgtrader. But if they don't find a solution I will delete my account

You should contact support as soon as possible, they should give you an alternative to collect your royalties, also for the next few months.
If they take a long time to respond, insist (send it again) you may be unlucky and your request will reach someone who is incompetent (they are everywhere these days).
