User who does not pay for the work done

I undertook a job with a user who created the (private) project on this site, we talked on telegram to agree on the work and in the end I sent on the cgtrader chat the finished work according to all the requests of the user (who was satisfied of the result). But at the time of payment he disappeared and has not replied to messages for 5 days, probably for not paying after receiving the job.

Is there a way to get the money by proving everything?

If you did not go through the usual escrow service of "the buyer transferring the money to cgtrader first", that was a huge mistake.
In that case, Cgtrader support will not be able to do anything.

If you did, then just contact support.
