The Dashboard is Broken!

What about the dashboard? Is it broken? Before you had > My sales > the "monthly summary" data to see the earnings count, it's been broken for months... now I just realized that "Payments information" is also broken... what is this?

i have realized that too and wrote about it to their support team and even there are more issues they need to fix actually looks like they need to hire new IT team ,
New published projects are not visible if u go through which u can see by going to dashboard and scrolling page down to project section(and it seemes they fixed it after i wrote their support team about it),Sometimes it takes too much time for page reload,when i open new page here it keep reloading and in the end it says -hang tight maintenence- and recently it happens very frequently ,even my clients complained that they had issues while trying to enter cgtrader for whatever reason from buying new models to rating them

I have no problems "at the moment" publishing or with other issues, only with the dashboard, in general this site works quite well compared to others... let's see if they solve it. All the best

their support team works good , i have not tried other 3d selling sites but agree that this site works well and their support team are very fast in getting back to you and trying to fix issues ,the issues i wrote about almost got fixed

Hi all,

Our IT team are implementing major updates for the past days therefore site can have some delays and/or erros.

Mentioned issues are not permanent and are happening to some random account.

We are sorry for this inconvenience and it should be over in a couple of days when updates will be fully processed by our systems.

Now it only works in my dashboard > My sales > Latest sales, now "Monthly Summary" doesn't even work, I hope it will be resolved soon, I don't want to have to search for all sales notifications, and calculate by myself what corresponds to me.

I recommend saving all email notifications, taking screenshots of sales, to be able to have proof and balance at the end of the month, in case these errors are still not fixed at the end of the month.
