It the most cases that means that your model was bought with a stolen credit card.
If he didn't downloaded the files I suspect there is a big chance the thief was thinking he is buying a real ring :)
The card holder will get his money back and you will not get the money from the sell, but at least you know that your model will not end up on some pirate sites.

You can check your download stats: https://www.cgtrader.com/profile/sales#latest-downloads to see if indeed there wasn't files download, because there was cases when files WAS downloaded despite support claiming otherwise. Happened to me here and at turbosquid.
