Scammers refund our models

Scammers refund our models.
They buy our models with stolen cards, CGtrader refunds them. You get zero money from it. Basically they got my models for free.
I bet they are selling my models somewhere on Etsy now.
CGtrader said they can't do anything about it.

it has happen to me too not at cg trader, but in Blendermarket and Artstation, nothing can be done Support told me they will block the user.

Fortunately, it has never happened to me, but I'm wondering, if it happens on sites other than CGTrader.
