I am submitting this complaint because I have exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this issue with the seller, and I have not received any assistance regarding my refund request.
I purchased a 3D model that turned out to be defective and unusable due to significant issues. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund because the product did not match an acceptable quality standard.
Instead of processing the refund, the seller offered to let me choose another model as a replacement. I accepted this proposal in good faith and selected a replacement model.
Unfortunately, the seller never delivered the promised replacement. Despite waiting, I received nothing.
What is even more disappointing is that my refund request has not been addressed by the CGTrader support team either. I have been left without the product I paid for, without the promised replacement, and without any resolution.
At this point, I am no longer interested in receiving a replacement model. The seller's failure to provide it within a reasonable timeframe has made it completely useless to me. My project has already been completed and delivered to my client, so a replacement model no longer serves any purpose.
I paid for a defective product, I did not receive the promised replacement, and my refund request has remained unresolved.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for this purchase. I believe this is the only fair and appropriate resolution under these circumstances.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution as soon as possible.
