payment issue with payoneer

there is a payment in my UPCOMING section from last 10 Days in my PAYONEER account. CGTRADER realesed the payment and in payoneer did not receive yet. i contact with payoneer support and they says contact with your COMPANY(cgtrader). any of you facing this issue with payoneer?

Were you able to get your problem corrected? I'm not sure what country you reside in, but I have used both Payoneer and Wise, and have had a much better experience with Wise overall. Maybe you can check them out and see if that service could work for you, too.

I'm sorry but I don't use that company. Have you already contacted CGTrader support? Maybe they can help you.
