hello everyone.. I was supposed to get my payment on Saturday which happens to this 20th of this month but I have not received the fund yet.. payment method is bank transfer..what's the delay? And cgtrader says they have paid and deducted a payout fee too

If payment method is wire transfer than there is a minimal payout limit of 200$. In other words CGT will only transfer the money when you reach a minimal of 200 dollars earned. If you are aware of this and the current earning is 200$ or more contact support.

As previously mentioned, to receive payment via wire method you must have at least 200 dollars in royalties.
Additionally, it might take some time for the money to reach you.
