Hi, a couple of hours ago I got a message from CGTrader about a suspicious login attempt from an unknown device. I tried to contact support team to report that it wasn’t me. I even tried to change my password, but I haven’t received any verification code. What the hell is wrong with their system

It happened to me too. I forgot my password, I clicked and changed it.
It's also interesting that it's always from Japan!
I want to change my password. A verification code should have been sent to my email, but it hasn't arrived, no matter how long I wait.
The same thing just happened to me. The sign in location I was notified about is Japan. Did you also get that its from Japan?
There are starting to be more than a little "dubious" things on this platform.
