New sign-in on unrecognised device from japan!!!

Discussion started by DD-Creative

A week ago, someone logged into my account from Japan.

I then activated two-factor authentication, they couldn't log me in again because they couldn't access the code.

They tried this repeatedly.

I changed my password and email address, and today they tried to log into my account again.

Please find a solution to this issue.

Did it work for you? I realized that i need to enable two factor authentication, but i'm worrying that with all those glitches lately i can get signed off and won't be able to sign in back. Honestly, situation with cgtrader is beyond pathetic.

I don't know . I Just enabled It and didn't do any login tests. While cgtrader does not ask you any phone numbers for this verification, i Imagine they will send a confirmation mail request when somebody tries to sign in
