BMW has sued some 3D websites for using their emblem, name and products so they are not allowed here. There are other companies that have followed suit. Mini, Lamborghini and some other companies are also not allowed. Expect the list to grow.

Yes, hopefully. It would be a shame if your hard work goes to waste. Incidentally, renaming the motorcycle won't work...for long. Lots of eyes see the models and people from here and the net are always on the lookout. It's not worth getting banned for one model.

Which is unfortunate, because there is no legal basis for this. There has never been a successful lawsuit of this kind, the only prior case history is BMW v Turbosquid, and that was settled out of court.

Yeah, support answered this in email: " Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. We have received a copyright claim from the copyright owner BMW, therefore, all infringing models were removed from the marketplace. Apologies for the inconveniences and thank you for understanding. " Sooo...nothing to do :(

One simple advise, before doing any model try to search such models on CGT or other marketplaces, if you will find no such model (for example no BMW) then you can be sure that such models are not allowed for selling.
You will save your time by doing this research before modelling something waht would be suspended.
