models disappeared from the sales page

I noticed this morning that hundreds of models disappeared from my sales pages without warning. However, the models are still present on my publication page and are not suspended... has this happened to anyone else?
I've already opened a request with the team and am awaiting a response.

I'm thinking of a possible glitch on the site... because after a few minutes some reappeared but hundreds of other models didn't... maybe they're working on it.

I solved it, I had tried the subscription option and some eligible models were no longer visible on my page but only in the subscription program, I deactivated the subscription option and all the models were visible again on my page. best regards.

They support informed me that the problem was in the cache and they fixed it... now even with the active subscription the models do not disappear.
