There are a few threads on the same subject. One of the few common complaints is that the pay was too low . They seem to have improved on that and few other things, but it's hard to judge since jobs have dried up literally after the changes.

Go to the forum root and enter wildcat in the search field, read few of many available discussions on that topic and draw your conclusions. If you're still not convinced, then go and apply to wildcat/modlry, or whatever it is called now and experience everything on yourself. After all you can't lose anything, but your time.
