My model of the Japanese version of chess, named Shogi.
What do you guys like better, traditional or laminated?

I don't know anything about shogi, yogi, yoga.... haha. ;) But I find the laminated one looks more interesting with the dark wood.

its actually a really interesting game to play. its kind of like chess, but you have a few more options that make it more challenging.

But one must be able to read japanese to know which figure is which and the moves it can make... Chess figures are understood worldwide. ;)

3D printed base for figures and models from the Warhammer universe, although it can also be used to build dioramas of other directions
