The buyer left positive feedback on this model

I was disappointed to find out that the model was one single file and i was unable to edit it. I tried to work with the designer but we were unable to come to a workable solution. So now i have a worthless file that i paid $21 for and can't use and they won't refund my money. I guess i won't be using this site any more for models now that i know the models are not editable.
