I would insist on checking your sales balances, especially the "Monthly Summary" and "Payments" boxes. I've been observing irregularities. Despite having more sales, I don't see this increase. Even after seeing an increase the next day, these figures were reduced. I have no "refunds." There are two options: someone on staff is stealing our income, or the platform itself is stealing it. If not, I'm waiting for an explanation.
