Not too late. In fact, it's NEVER too late unless you give up. Certain jobs have a shelf life, but IT isn't one of them. In fact, the jobs you cited would be more likely to require younger guys because it's physical labor. Anything that requires your brain can be done at almost any age, as long as you're mind is sharp.

I started in my 50's. You can start whatever you want whenever you want.

You are not condemned to anything, if you already dominate a program, you have earned a lot.
But you must bear in mind that a program has a purpose, suppose you want to model furniture, in addition to managing a program, you need to know about furniture, know how they are designed and built, and, in the best of cases, know how to create them.
A program is a tool for a job, not a job.
I think it is more meaningful to be clear about what you want to model for than to manage a program.
I was 40 when computers appeared, 45 when modeling programs appeared, 50 when I had learned enough to make competitive models.

Your only lost when you truly believe your lost. There is always a way to get to some destination but you have to keep looking for it. Age makes no difference, its what you spend your time on that makes the difference. If you spend it on making yourself skillful in some area then eventually you can contribute your time to that area in valuable way.

Never believe the future belongs to some others and you lack what it needs to get good enough to play part in it. Define exactly what it is you want to do, establish your goal and start walking towards it.

Keep your thoughts constructive and avoid negative ideas like “its never going to work out for me”. If you experience that type of thoughts then you probably need some time to rest or take a walk in nature.

At age 33 your in prime time, lots of time left to spend it the way you want.
Just try avoid spending it on negative thoughts.

Use your brain the right way, feed it with good information and practice (avoid the bullshit), make things happen, whatever it is.

Human potential (everyone has it) is always there to realize.

Not at all. I was in my 40s when I started after leaving behind a lifetime of toil in an IT office with nothing to show for it ... most rewarding move I ever made. Good luck young man/woman!

Never too late I know a lot of people that have started older than you :)

I.T. refers to Information Technology, what you seem to be very skilled as a 3D artist. I.T. usually refers to persons who maintain and repair technology related to the I.T. industry.

I've always had a connection to the software industry but, like Carlos, I pretty much started full-time in my 50s. My son is in his 30s and he has the same problem as you, thinking he is too old to start new things. Age is just a number, and the higher that number, the smarter you usually are ;)

I am 65 years old. A few years ago, I tried to master 3D software... But nothing happened because of the main work. At the age of 63, I was firmly hooked on a software Blender (Thank its creators!) Now I'm thinking, isn't it too late for me to try to master this 3d software modeling?
Besides, I'm from Russia, which nothing likes.
But I'm here! And I have already exhibited my first work. I thought for more than a month before showing this model created in the "Blender". Why would I do that? I don't know myself!!! Maybe to earn some money and please the grandchildren (they are growing up without a dad, he died) some kind of sweetness.
