in 3ds max 2020 cant find the new location spline develops from the inside ,,,,,as creating over lap ,, this was available in versions 2013 2015,,,,unable locate this new version.s searching for last couple hours still uinable locate

its simple command to develop from inside or outside simlar to stroke in photshop ...I hope that better explantion .... That used numerous time in photshop and illustraotr and they wouldnt remove this .....i am unable to locate this function which appled to spline in 3ds max
