Hyperwallet issues?

I have auto transfer enabled on hyperwallet to transfer funds from cgtrader on each month 1st day. I should have received transfer today like usual, but i didn't. Tried to log to hyperwallet and for a brief moment i was able to, but then the site glitched and now it loads only completely blank page. Has anybody else experienced issues with hyperwallet lately?

Considering the fact that they charge us money to withdraw our own money in the first place is a scam. There is no reason at all why THEY cannot transfer funds for no charge to us other than greed, and none that mean they can't at least offer alternatives, as they did before they arbitrarily forced us to accept this system, and they will not fix any problems when they occur, because they no longer care, and in any case, hyperwallet is nothing to do with them.
