You need good tags, descriptions, quality models and most importantly A LOT! of them. and try to pick genres that appeal to wide audience. you can't just make what your interested in and expect it to sell you have to think of the market :) hope that helps

The fewer polygons there will be in your models and the higher the quality of the textures on the models, as well as the quality of the rendered images, the better they will sell.
