Can someone tell me what this Hire a Freelancer/FInd 3d Jobs is? Is it that wildcat thing? If not, what are they? I've heard some bad things about Wildcat so if they are not the same then is it safe to use Find 3D Jobs?

@leoluce, people who have CG related job to be done search for the people who would be able to do that job. People who have CG skills and wouldn't mind to exchange their time and effort to certain amount of money, can apply for the job offers and hope to win opportunity to earn some cash. That's basically how it works.
