I want to order several models, for this I need to write to a person, but I can't write, I get a window with an error, I have already attached the error link above, I have already contacted support but I don't know how long I should wait for an answer, they work very slowly

The support is not working over weekends, besides there's increased activity of malicious actors going on lately. That means the support will be very busy on Monday and you may have to wait quite some time before anyone will take care of your request.

So do you want to buy the models, or send the messages? How someone can help you if you can't even communicate your issue clearly? Just contact the support as it's suggested in that message and they will guide you through the issues.
