Getting source dimensional data

Discussion started by mugencage

As an aspiring modeler, where can I find good reference data for modeling cars, more specifically getting accurate details for engines? My personal preference is for Italian brands - Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, etc.

I don't think you're going to get detailed spec drawings for parts since the vehicles are not common and anyone who could afford one, will be able to afford the parts. A quick search of google for Ferrari engine blueprints does bring up several results that may prove useful. You may have to use photos to estimate dimensions.
